NORTHWEST REGIONAL AIRLINES airfare terms & conditions
FULL FARES
Any cancellation prior to 24 hours pre departure, passengers
are entitled to a full refund or transfer of travel for a later date.
Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure passengers are not entitled
to a refund however, the ticket is valid for travel at a later date. The ticket
is valid for a period of 12 months.
ADVANCE PURCHASE FARES
Advance purchase airfares are for return travel only.
Passengers are advised that any purchase of an advance purchase fare, requires
the ticket holder to pay, in full inclusive of airport taxes, for the fare by
the advance purchase ticketing date, i.e. a 21 day advanced purchase fare requires
the ticket holder to pay no less than 21 days prior to the initial day of departure.
An advance purchase fare is non refundable at any time after purchase. The fare
is transferable provided the date of travel is moved forward 21, 14 or 7 days
depending on the particular advance purchase fare held.
Where bookings are cancelled within 24 hours of departure or where the passenger
fails to show for the flight the fare is non refundable and non transferable.
All advance purchase airfares, require the ticket holder to stay away at least
one Saturday night.
Advance purchase airfares have limited availability.
BACKPACKER FARES
Backpacker fares are only available to 'bona fide' backpack travelers.
And they must fulfill the following conditions:
The intending passenger must complete a minimum of 3 sectors and hold a current
Youth Hostels Association (YHA) card that must have been pre-purchased and received
prior to the town of embarkation of disembarkation. The intending passenger
must not normally be domiciled in the town of embarkation or disembarkation.
Suitable photographic identification may be requested. Backpacker airfares have
limited availability.
SENIOR'S AND CHILDREN'S FARES
All Senior and Children's airfares require
the ticket holder to produce suitable proof of age and photographic identification
to confirm the age of the child and or the senior. A senior's Card or Pension
Card is desirable. A child is considered to be a person 14 years and under.
A senior is considered to be a person over the age of 60 years. A 50% discount
of the full economy fare is the discount procedure. Both fare types have limited
availability.
BROOME AVIATION SCENIC FLIGHTS
Bookings cancelled giving at least 24 hours
notice a full refund or transfer to a later travel date will be provided.
If bookings are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure or the passenger
fails to show for the flight a full cancellation fee of the value of the tour
will be charged and no transfer to a later date will be provided.
A deposit of 50% of the tour is required once the tour is booked and confirmed.
